Since the beginning we’ve used found stones to elevate ourselves from the ground.

On a stroll through a cemetary, one likely finds a graveyard of gravestones, somewhere hidden in the back where nature reigns almost free. A place where discarded gravestones end up, stones that are reminiscent of the absent – sometimes long forgotten, from graves no longer paid for, stones that were once carved into a specific shape.

The chair assembles fragments of precious natural stone from an innercity quarry.
